I'm Alejandra Molina Shuk

 

My journey in helping individuals unlock profound levels of mental and emotional wellbeing began over a decade ago. After working in nonprofits and grassroots development, I shifted my focus to personal agency, resilience, and early childhood development in Latin America. 

I’ve had the honor of training at some of the top programs in mindfulness and positive psychology in the country:  Brown University, The Flourishing Center, The College of Executive Coaching, Mindful Leader. I have lived in six cities in different countries in my life. I know what change looks like, what embracing uncertainty feels like and how beautiful, busy, (sometimes stressful), chaotic and at times difficult life can get. Wellbeing looks different for all of us but we all have in common the need to grow personally, upskill and intentionally take action to embrace, enjoy and adapt to what life brings us.

Today I am based in Miami with my husband, our two girls and two dogs I devote my days to help people discover how to anchor themselves in a turbulent world, using science backed approaches to wellbeing.

Our fast-paced, modern lives often bring uncertainty, stress, and burnout and I say this after years of experience overcoming burnout. This can leave us feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. When this happens, we’re unable to tap into our intuitive clarity and wellbeing. My unique approach is grounded in the belief that every one of my clients holds intrinsic resilience. For this reason, my focus is on empowering you to reactivate your internal compass so you pivot in a new directions with purpose and calm in all your areas of your life.

I am passionate about championing the science of the good life – a research-backed approach to living a mindful, meaningful, and connected life. My proven methods are a combination of my extensive knowledge of how our brains and bodies work and my personal experiences with managing stress and achieving holistic wellbeing to  embrace change and thrive in new and unfamiliar environments.
