- Virtual 1:1 Coaching
- Group Coaching Cohorts
- Online Courses
- In-Person Workshops
- Meditation and Mindfulness Training
The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.
USER ELIGIBILITY
By using my services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to me is accurate and up-to-date.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals.
- Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing the program.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of my coaching services and digital programs, I maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All materials created by The Bliss Well, including but not limited to coaching materials, course content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
- Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement.
- You warrant that any content provided to me does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes but is not limited to:
- Business strategies
- Customer data
- Coaching techniques
- Proprietary information not publicly known
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To foster a safe and supportive environment in my courses, workshops, and coaching groups, all participants agree to:
- Treat others with respect and kindness.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by other participants.
- Avoid disruptive behavior, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
- Follow the instructions and guidelines provided for each session or program.
Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
USE OF TESTIMONIALS
- By providing a testimonial or feedback, you grant me the right to use it for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.
- Testimonials may be shared on my website, social media, or other platforms and may be edited for clarity or brevity while preserving the original intent.
- If you prefer not to have your testimonial shared, please notify me in writing.
INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
The information provided by The Bliss Well seeks to educate, enlighten, and support your path toward greater well-being and personal growth. However, it is not intended to:
- Substitute the care of mental health clinicians
- Replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Bliss Well will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of my services. In no event will my aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold The Bliss Well harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of my services or breach of these Terms.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
My website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under my control. I am not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.
TERMINATION POLICY
- Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time.
- Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.
- I reserve the right to terminate your access to any service or program if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to breaching the Community Guidelines or failing to make timely payments. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
MODIFICATIONS
I reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of my services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
